so it's almost over. i'm now fully moved out of lakewood, out of belmar (where i was living for three weeks) and now all my stuff is in Mantoloking, which is the beachtown b/w pt pleasant and seaside heights. it's been quite an ordeal, which is not quite over, since i have to turn in both my keys for l'wood and b'mar, and i have to clean up after my ex-roommate who still orders me to "clean up my mess" even though i've been thoroughly moved out and not living there for a month now. whatever. i dream about the day i move to sd so i can finally get away from south nj. geez get me out of the boring job, sucky people, and sucky uncultured towns.

christmas is almost here and it's that time where kids come home from school, mothers battle holiday human traffic browsing through super-stores, and the weather gets pretty darn cold and familys brave the icy winds to trek through manhattan anyway to do touristy things. living in the real world had me realize how horrible the commercialziation of christmas really is. i too had to battle holiday shopping traffic going to a hundred different stores where things are sold out, overpriced, and always the existance of a line. all for the joy of giving non-essential items to people i love. sure love can be expressed by giving tokens of affection, but imagine thousands of people buying tokens at once for three weeks straight. talk about exchange of germs! and depletion of earnings.

i still did not buy a digital camera. mostly because it's like the worst time to buy one right now. everyone and their moms are buying digital cameras under $200, and the stores are keeping the prices utterly high. i might have to wait until after the holidays to get the casio exilim i've been eyeing. you know, the orange one. anyways, like i said my earnings are depleted from buyings gifts for my fam and friends. not that i'm complaining - i love giving gifts. it's just hard when i can't get things for myself. so that is why i do not have pics from such events as my company's holiday party  last friday, the giants game i went to on saturday, and the gaping hole in my mouth from my wisdom tooth extraction last week. patience my dears. when i get a new camera, i shall post pics of the beautiful beach house i am living in currently.

happy holidays! feel free to contact me if you want to join me in new years festivities, where we will be toasting to the new year, desperately hoping for happiness and contentment in this cold dark world.

hi kids. so thanksgiving is over. it was the most untraditional tday holiday i've had. we had turkey and such but all the sides were strictly veggie. my friend ryan visited me during the long weekend, so i told my mom to make sure the sides were veggie. the turkey was good but it wasn't really cooked through so my bro carved some breast pieces then we had to stick it back in the oven. The pieces were just enough, so basically the leftovers are still on the turkey, un carved and whole. i took ryan around manhattan and to the "top of the rock" (rockefeller center/GE building), then we drove down to the jersey shore and hung out there. my bro was mad since he didn't have a lot of family time with me. i am sad and he is still mad.

So i'm moved out of lakewood and am living in belmar by myself in an expensive attic apt. my car is fixed and insurance covered most of it. i'm done with scuba classes. work is still boring/slow. i look foward to san deigo in july/august. paying double rent isn't fun - i'm still looking for someone to fill my spot in my old apt. a few ppl have looked - no takers yet. mechanics class ends this tues. i know how to adjust, change, and bleed brakes!

i wish i had pics to show you guys but no digital camera (it broke). happy holidays! the radio stations are playing crappy christmas musak, and the cheezy guady decor is going up on the jersey houses! tis the season.

so what do you think is better - sharing a 2 br drafty shack by the boardwalk and a lake with some chill girl and guy (gf/bf) and their cat and dog, paying fairly cheap rent, OR living by myself in a beach house, with fairly high rent? i think the couple is nice, but i think the house can be better. the thing that really turns me off is the lack of laundary. i would have to drive somewhere to do laundary. ick. but it would be cool to live with cool people. i don't know. it will be a cold winter.

halloween pics can be found here: http://flickr.com/photos/12965708@N00/page2/ (the other pics are of Karen's cousins - Dodgeball! awesome) I did a good job finding genuine vintage 70's clothes for justin and he looked really good. i, on the other hand, just looked like an asian chick in a blond wig. ah well!

So it's official - i'm moving out. i've had it with my roommate and her attitude towards me. i'm off to find myself a beach house for the winter! exciting, but still a stressful time.
